Tequila, a Hong Kong veteran who loses his partner in a shootout with arms dealers. Tequila teams up with a undercover cop named Tony to catch these men. Tony tries to infiltrate a Hong Kong triad led by ruthless hitman Johnny Wong. Meanwhile, two major arms smuggling organizations are at war over their territories. It won’t be easy for a young cop to get into their numbers.
