Hailey, a 14-year-old girl, meets a 30-year-old fashion photographer named Jeff online and they decide to meet at a café. Their connection leads them back to Jeff’s apartment where an unexpected event unfolds. Hailey drugs Jeff’s drink in an attempt to uncover a long-standing mystery – whether he has brought young girls to his apartment before. She suspects Jeff of being involved in the disappearance of Donna Mauer, who has been missing for days.
