In the year 1939, young professor Venik destroys vampire Erzhebet Ondrushko, who stays young by bathing in the blood of innocents. Now, someone is trying to bring her back to life. Professor Broom decides to investigate the matter himself. Hellboy, Liz Sherman, Abe Sapien, and their soldiers are chosen by BRPD to stop the vampires from returning. They are sent on a difficult mission to face ghosts, werewolves, witches, bird-headed creatures, female-headed creatures, giant werewolves, and Elizabeth herself. When Hellboy finishes his battle with the Witch Queen and the Goddess Hekate, he will change the fate of all humanity.
