Luc Segers, his wife and daughter live happily together until one night his wife is murdered and his daughter is lost in an accident. Despite quickly identifying the killer, he is released due to a mistake in the justice system. This prompts Luc to take justice into his own hands. While he achieves justice, his ambition and anger remain unresolved, leading him to wage war against the state.
