In this film of the series, an international crime organization steals a highly secret and special computer chip from the American Defense Unit. At first, they encounter no problems but this situation doesn’t last long. When their suitcases get mixed up with someone else’s at the airport, things get complicated. The chip is hidden in a remote-controlled toy car and it goes to a suburb in Chicago. The criminals chasing after the chip are unaware of the trouble that awaits them. The chip hidden in the toy car is now in the hands of someone with the intelligence and bravery to handle it, and that someone is only 8 years old.
