Science researcher Wayne Strassman has a laboratory in his house where he conducts experiments. However, a mishap at home turns his 2-year-old son into a giant. Wayne and his wife try to control their son, while Wayne desperately searches for a way to reverse the transformation. When their son escapes and roams the streets of Las Vegas, chaos ensues as a giant 2-year-old rampages through the city.
