A popular Dr. Seuss story comes to the big screen 50 years after it was first published. In the peaceful May day in the depths of the Jungle of Nool, Horton the Elephant plays and frolics in the cool waters of the lake, embracing and enjoying the forest. Until he hears a soft voice, a faint cry for help. A dust speck floats in the air, carrying a tiny city called Who-ville. Threatened and mocked by his neighbors, Horton ignores all criticism, listens to the weak voice, and decides to save the speck. Because in his eyes, no matter how small a person may be, they are still a person.
