How High 2001
Two close friends, who are college students, spend their lives constantly getting high. They specialize in drugs and manage to create a special weed that temporarily enhances their intelligence. The experiment is successful and they manage to get into Harvard University without taking any exams, thanks to the incredible brain power they display after consuming the weed. However, their special weed suddenly disappears one day, leaving them in a dilemma about what to do next.
