Hudson Hawk 1991
Our comic thief Hudson Hawk, sentenced to ten years in prison for his crimes under the alias, vows to live the rest of his days as an honest citizen upon his release. However, he is immediately approached by two wealthy individuals, Darwin and Minerva, who offer him a deal to steal three of Leonardo DaVinci’s works of art. Eddie is reluctant to accept, but is forced to do so when they threaten to kill his close friend Tommy if he refuses. The most important piece they want stolen is a machine that can turn lead into bronze, but there is a flaw in DaVinci’s invention that turns the metal into gold instead. Before this invention falls into the wrong hands, Hudson must do something to stop it.
