With the looming war in Europe causing concern in England, they are seeking allies. Leaders hope to secure America’s support during the two-day visit, working to bring the two nations closer together. Through the eyes of Roosevelt’s neighbor and confidante Daisy, this weekend not only marks the beginning of a special relationship between two nations but also the birth of a mysterious love and friendship.
