Chuck Levine (Adam Sandler) and Larry Valentine (Kevin James) are two extremely well-meaning firefighters who always work shoulder to shoulder. They would do anything for each other. Both are the pride and joy of the fire department. Larry, a widower, just wants to provide for his family. On the other hand, Chuck believes that “bachelorhood is freedom” and enjoys living an independent life to the fullest.
