Katie, a young and beautiful woman living in New York, dreams of becoming a famous model in the future. One day, she receives an offer for a photo shoot and accepts it without hesitation. However, trouble finds her from the very first day when Georgy, a member of the photo team, breaks into her home and knocks her unconscious. The rest of the team is aware of the incident and they all together lock Katie up in a dark place. From that moment on, Katie will face incredibly difficult situations and endure heinous acts of violence, rape, and torture.
