In Darkness 2018
Despite her visual impairment, Sofia is a talented pianist who overhears a violent altercation in her upstairs neighbor’s apartment and later learns that her neighbor, Veronique, has been killed. The events she witnesses with her ears by chance lead the young woman into the dark world filled with criminals in the city of London. Veronique’s father, Milos Radic, was declared a war criminal for his actions during the Bosnian war, where he lived under political protection. Sofia must enter a world where violence and blackmail reign in order to find the answers she is looking for.
