Formerly used as an International Space Station, a center is now being used as a prison housing the world’s most dangerous criminals, whose identities are unknown. There is no way out of the prison, but the inmates manage to take control and turn it into a bomb heading towards Moscow. The pilot in charge of the spaceship and a doctor, who is still considered inexperienced, fear what the prisoners will do, while CIA agent Reiser gets involved.
