Sarah, a young photographer who spends her days alone after losing her husband in a car accident while pregnant, is still mourning his death. On her last night before going to the hospital to give birth, her peace is shattered by a mysterious woman who insists on entering her home. Unsettled by the presence of this woman who she does not know what she wants, Sarah experiences moments of suspicion and fear. As disturbing images pass by a window in the darkness outside, Sarah is terrified and calls the police for help. When the police arrive, there is no one around. In the midst of suburban unrest, the police quickly look around and leave. Unaware that Sarah is inside, they lock her in for her own safety… When Sarah goes into labor, she has no choice but to fight this terrifying woman to get what she wants.
