Inspector Gadget, a film adapted from a cartoon, follows a man equipped with 14,000 gadgets all over his body. He is the most famous detective in Metro City. However, the villain Doctor Claw hatches a sinister plan and frames Gadget for stealing millions of dollars from a Metro City bank. Stripped of his rank, Gadget sets out to track down Talon.
