It Runs in the Family 2003
Gromberg family, spanning three generations, are successful in every aspect of life but struggling with their own internal issues. Grandfather Mitchell Gromberg, wanting to recover from the effects of a heart attack he had about a year ago and spend more time with his family, decides to go to his son Alex’s house for dinner with his wives and brothers. There has been a long-standing coldness between Alex, who has devoted his whole life to not repeating his father’s mistakes, and his father. Meanwhile, Alex’s own son is drowning in the unique problems of his college years. The members of this quirky family gather around the dinner table.
