After the assassination of President John F. Kennedy in 1963, his wife Jacqueline Kennedy struggles to cope with her trauma and protect her husband’s legacy for their children. Based on her interview with LIFE magazine, the film portrays Jackie’s efforts to maintain her composure amidst the chaos of the assassination and funeral arrangements. Directed by Pablo Larraín, the movie stars Natalie Portman, Peter Sarsgaard, and Greta Gerwig.
