Dave makes his own costume and declares himself a hero by fighting against crimes, even though he doesn’t have superpowers. As our hero is on the lookout for new adventures, he encounters a group of ordinary citizens who have also donned interesting costumes to become superheroes and fight against criminals. This newly formed group is called Justice Forever. Meanwhile, Red Mist’s grand revenge plan comes into play.
