The most powerful gangsters in Brooklyn (Diesel, Green, Pepper, Davoli) must come together to save a bag full of money in a small Montana town ruled by a corrupt sheriff. The story begins with Matt Desmarais (Pepper) taking on the job of distributing money to a gang leader (Hopper) on the advice of his uncle (Malkovich). Things don’t go as planned.
