Nine-year-old Samay lives in a remote village in India with his family. After watching a movie for the first time in his life, he becomes enchanted and imagines himself in the fantastical world of the film. Despite his father’s disapproval, the little boy goes to the cinema every day to watch a new film, and he unravels the secret of this magical world: Stories turn into light, light into film, and film into dreams.
