The film “Leave No Trace” directed by the masterful director Debra Granik after a full 8-year hiatus is a drama starring Thomasin McKenzie, Ben Foster, and Jeffery Rifflard. Premiering at the Cannes Film Festival, the movie is based on a true story called “My Abandonment” and runs for 1 hour and 49 minutes.

Set outside of Portland, the film follows the story of a father and daughter living isolated from society, constantly moving to avoid being found by others. When they are eventually discovered and forced to adapt to the overwhelming challenges of city life, they must navigate the struggles of surviving in a world they are unfamiliar with.
