Lorenzo Odone, a normal child who showed no signs of illness until the age of 7, starts experiencing sudden fainting spells and memory loss. Lorenzo’s Oil tells the true story of Lorenzo Odone and his family, who tried every possible way to save their son and found a solution that made medical history. Lorenzo, who was predicted to live for only 2 more years, did not progress further with the disease thanks to this treatment. He passed away in May 2008 at the age of 30.
