L’amour dure trois ans 2011
Mark, a handsome young man who makes a living as a literary critic, is deemed “useless” by his wife. After being left for a more successful writer, Mark falls into a depression and writes a book about the short-term nature of relationships and love between a man and a woman. At a wedding, he meets his cousin’s wife, Alice, who is both attractive and unattainable. Despite Alice constantly putting up walls between them, Mark doesn’t give up and eventually manages to seduce her. However, Alice comes across a book claiming that “love doesn’t last more than 3 years.”
