Matt Cordell (Robert Z’Dar) survives a car crash into the ocean(!). Two years pass with no information on where Cordell has been or what he’s been up to. Suddenly reemerging, Cordell first takes care of unfinished business by killing Jack (Bruce Campbell) and Teresa (Lauryn Landon). Closing the chapter on the first film, he sets off on a new spree of murders. This time, he finds a new accomplice….
