After a man mysteriously suffocates in his bed, Kate Fuller questions the man’s eight-year-old daughter Sophie, the only witness to the incident. When Kate asks about the identity of the killer, the girl responds with “Mara.” As Kate delves into the case, she discovers that Mara is a demon who suffocates her victims in their sleep.
