Director J.C. Chandor’s debut film Margin Call, released in 2008, follows the effects of the financial crisis that hit the United States on Wall Street at a Lehman Brothers-like investment bank over a period of 24 hours. This financial thriller, which premiered at Sundance and later competed for the Golden Bear in Berlin, features an outstanding cast including Zachary Quinto, Stanley Tucci, Jeremy Irons, Demi Moore, and Kevin Spacey.
