Margot at the Wedding 2007
Margo Zeller (Nicole Kidman) is a sharp-tongued and successful writer who decides to attend her long-lost sister Pauline’s (Jennifer Jason Leigh) wedding. Pauline’s fiancé, unemployed artist Malcolm (Jack Black), raises doubts in Margo’s mind about the future of the marriage. As the wedding approaches, a series of problems arise, including vengeful neighbors, a centuries-old backyard tree, and Margo’s own family issues. The two sisters find themselves on the brink of unexpected changes, realizing that sometimes the only comfort in a crumbling family is the family itself.
