Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World 2003
Under Napoleon’s command, battles are raging at full speed. The fear of Napoleon’s world domination is strongly felt in England: the British government assigns Captain Aubrey (Russell Crowe) and his warship to destroy the massive French warship Acheron off the coast of Brazil. During the first clash between the two ships, the British vessel suffers heavy damage and narrowly escapes a storm. However, Captain Aubrey is determined to pursue the much faster and heavily armed French ship. As they continue their chase across the Pacific, they teeter on the brink of life and death.
