Mona Lisa Smile 2003
Katherine Ann Watson (Julia Roberts) arrives at Wellesley College in New England as an art history teacher in 1953. The period is post-war, and the school and town are conservative despite having the most successful and brightest students. Watson faces strong opposition as she tries to teach her students that the path they walk is one they choose, not one that is chosen for them.
