Morning Glory 2010
Hardworking TV producer Becky Fuller (McAdams) is fired from a local news program, causing her career and personal life to spiral downward. After landing a job at “Daybreak” (a national morning news show), Becky tries to revitalize the show by assigning legendary TV anchor Mike Pomeroy (Ford) to the team. Unfortunately, Pomeroy refuses to work with former beauty queen and longtime morning show host Colleen Peck (Keaton), let alone cover celebrity gossip, weather, and fashion news typically featured on morning shows. As Becky’s romance with producer Adam Bennett (Wilson) intensifies, tensions rise between Mike and Colleen on-air and off. Becky soon finds herself fighting to salvage her relationship, career, fame, and most importantly, the show itself.
