Motherless Brooklyn 2019
In the 1950s, we follow the life of detective Lionel Essrog in New York City. Lionel, who suffers from Tourette’s syndrome, struggles with sudden tics throughout his life. He is also tasked with investigating the mysterious death of his closest friend, Frank Minna, armed with only a few clues. The film, starring Edward Norton, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, and Alec Baldwin, is a drama and crime genre movie directed by Edward Norton.
