Mr. Bean goes on a simple summer vacation to the southern shores of France. However, his journey from London to the Mediterranean coast soon leads to a series of mishaps and chaos. Wherever he goes, his legendary clumsiness inevitably causes mayhem. In fact, events unfold in such a way that Mr. Bean’s untimely filmed rebellious holiday video finds itself at the Cannes Film Festival.
