Ten years ago, a tragedy changed the town of Harmony forever. Inexperienced miner Tom Hanniger caused a tunnel collapse, trapping five men and leaving the sole survivor, Harry Warden, in a coma. A year later, on Valentine’s Day, Harry woke up and brutally killed 22 people with a pickaxe before being killed himself… Now, a decade later, Tom returns to Harmony on Valentine’s Day, still haunted by the deaths he caused. As he tries to come to terms with his past, he also grapples with unresolved feelings for his ex-girlfriend Sarah, who is now married to his best friend, Sheriff Axel. But today, after years of peace, something from Harmony’s dark past is resurfacing. A relentless killer is on the loose, wearing a miner’s helmet and armed with a pickaxe. As the footsteps of the assassin draw closer, Tom, Sarah, and Axel are horrified to realize that the killer may be Harry Warden coming back for revenge.
