Tobey, believing he can pay off his debts this way, accepts the offer. As they prepare for the race, Tobey and Dino will compete with rival teams. However, the race ends in tragedy, and Dino pins the blame on Tobey. After serving two years in prison, Tobey will seek to defeat Dino once and for all.
