Tobey Marshall runs Marshall Motors, a family repair shop, with his friends, working tirelessly to pay off debts after his father’s death. Spending his time fixing cars, Tobey also races on weekends. His passion for cars grows as he races, and he receives a big offer from his rival Dino Brewster. Wealthy Dino asks Tobey to build the fastest, most powerful Mustang in the world. Tobey, believing he can pay off his debts this way, accepts the offer. As they prepare for the race, Tobey and Dino will compete with rival teams. However, the race ends in tragedy, and Dino pins the blame on Tobey. After serving two years in prison, Tobey will seek to defeat Dino once and for all.
