Cris Johnson (Nicolas Cage) is a man with extraordinary abilities, able to see a few minutes into the future. When the government tries to use his gift for their own purposes, he goes on the run. Working as a magician in Las Vegas, he is discovered by FBI agents while gambling and gets caught up in dangerous events.
