The Night Hawk tells a story of tension and intrigue that starts in Paris and London and reaches its peak on the streets of New York. The most ruthless terrorist in Europe, Wulfgar, announces his presence in New York, causing a bombshell. Civilian cops, Deke DaSilva and Willis Fox, are tasked with the almost impossible mission of capturing and stopping Wulfgar.
