Akumu tantei 2006
In the film “Nightmare Detective” from 2006, individuals who choose the path of suicide by calling a mysterious person named “0” for emotional support end up becoming victims of murder. While the police initially believe the cases to be suicides, a newly appointed female detective named Hitomi suspects foul play. As she investigates further, she uncovers clues and a phone number linked to the murders. Meanwhile, our main character, the “nightmare detective,” enters people’s dreams and subconscious to help them, experiencing great pain and getting caught up in a conspiracy. As the story progresses, the detectives get closer to both the killer and their own realities.
