On Nim’s Island, anything can happen at any moment. It’s an exotic island where imagination and adventure reign. Nim, a free-spirited and energetic young girl, lives here surrounded by her exotic animal friends. She draws inspiration from legends and books, with her favorite literary hero being the world’s greatest adventurer, Alex Rover. When the tropical island is threatened, she reaches out to her hero for help. However, what Nim doesn’t know is that her beloved Rover, the famous author of the book series, is actually a woman named Alex (Andra) Rover. Furthermore, she lives alone in her apartment in the big city, far from nature, leading a shy and reclusive life.
