Jason moves to Seattle with his family and constantly harassed by a group of kung fu master thugs. The boy, intrigued by martial arts hidden from his pacifist father, starts to take an interest. He will learn the art of combat from an unusual teacher who is the ghost of Bruce Lee and will have to test himself against the Russian champion Ivan.
