Now Is Good 2012
Tessa is a young woman diagnosed with leukemia, who after four years of chemotherapy, is told by doctors that she will not recover. Faced with the acceptance of her impending death, Tessa decides she doesn’t want to spend her final days in the hospital undergoing treatment or in pain. She chooses to make the most of her remaining time by creating a list of things she wants to do before she dies, so she can spend it with her loved ones. Directed by Ol Parker, who previously directed Imagine Me and You, this film is based on Jenny Downham’s novel Before I Die.
