Open House 2010
A couple on the brink of a difficult divorce tries to sell their love nest and move on with their separate lives. But after a successful open house, they fear that the potential buyer hasn’t left their home days later. As Alice is held captive in the basement, an uninvited guest roams the upper floors. They realize that their only way out is to make it out alive.
