Young therapist Claire Summers (Anne Hathaway) is tasked with counseling five survivors of a horrific plane crash by her mentor (André Broger). Claire’s challenges escalate when she encounters Eric (Patrick Wilson), who refuses her help and openly flirts with her using the excuse of the crash. As Claire tries to maintain a professional distance from Eric, the other patients struggle to remember the details of the crash, which contradict the airline’s official statements. Memories of a possible explosion linger in the air as passengers mysteriously disappear; Claire begins to suspect the airline’s involvement. Determined to uncover the truth, Claire’s growing plan and deepening relationship with Eric are caught in a ruthless game of fate.
