Legendary director Brian De Palma’s return to cinema after six years is announced with Passion, an erotic thriller film in the style of Dressed to Kill and Basic Instinct. In the original The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, Noomi Rapace plays Isabelle, an ambitious businesswoman who is obsessed with her manager Christine (Rachel McAdams). Innocent, sweet, and eager to please, Isabelle has many brilliant ideas. Kristin is not afraid to steal these ideas from Isabelle. Unbeknownst to Isabelle, Christine will drag her into a dangerous game that will lead to war and murder. The film, which premiered at the Venice Film Festival in September, will be shown at Filmekimi before it is released in the US.
