Pernicious 2014
Three young women decide to spend their summer vacation in Thailand, teaching English and seeking adventure. However, their plans take a dark turn when they find themselves in the midst of a brutal massacre. One of the women goes missing, and they soon realize they are being hunted by the vengeful spirit of an eight-year-old girl who was murdered by her own family. As they uncover the truth behind the haunting, they are dragged into the darkest corners of Thailand, where their nightmares only intensify. This is not a tale of good versus evil, but simply the story of a young girl seeking revenge.
