Philadelphia 1993
One day, a successful gay lawyer (Tom Hanks) discovers he is a carrier of the AIDS virus and is soon fired from his job at a law firm for a trivial reason. Surprised by his good relationship with the company’s boss, the lawyer decides to sue the company and its owner. Thus begins a legal battle questioning the place of an AIDS victim in society. His friend (Denzel Washington) helps him in this legal fight.
