Dusty, a town plane with a single propeller and 680 horsepower, dreams of becoming a successful acrobatics plane. But the design and structure of these planes are very different from him, and Dusty also has a fear of heights! Seeking help from Navy pilot Skipper, the brave Dusty aims to compete with the champion Ripslinger.
