Planet 51 2009
16-year-old Lem lives in Planet 51, surrounded by white picket fences reminiscent of the innocence of 1950s America. He dreams of running a local planetarium and spending time with his crush, neighbor Nira. One day, astronaut Chuck lands in Nira’s backyard, unknowingly causing a stir among the green-skinned inhabitants of the planet. Lem helps Chuck evade the paranoid Planet 51 army and together with a few not-so-bright soldiers and a robot, they race against time to reach Chuck’s spaceship before it’s too late.
