Our brave but somewhat clumsy heroes have sworn to clean up this city from thugs and at the same time, they are in a battle to uphold the name of the police academy where they learned to be cops. Lassard believes that it is necessary to educate the public and make them part of the police force to create a stronger unit against crime and to prove the importance and necessity of the police academy for the city.
