Russian mafia leader Constantine Konali is planning to take over the world through a popular computer game. Yeltsin, fearing Konali’s plan, asks Police Chief Rakov to make a deal with him. Rakov contacts Lassard from America for help. Lassard and his brave but clumsy team embark on a new and humorous adventure.
